Whats the difference between an Infrared Sauna and Traditional Sauna?Infrared saunas work on a cellular level and penetrate human tissue and raise the bodies core temperature, helping the body to detoxify. By raising the bodies core temperature infrared saunas produce a sweat composed of 20% toxins compared to only 3% toxins with a traditional sauna.
